A Tribute to Our Incredible Parents on Your 70th Birthday

Dear Dad & Mom,

Today, as we celebrate this remarkable milestone, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the life you have lived and the love you have shown so selflessly. By the grace of God, we are who we are because of the sacrifices you made, the lessons you taught us, and the unwavering support you have always provided.

For as long as we can remember, you have put us first. Even when times were tough, you never wavered in your commitment to making sure we got the best of everything. You worked tirelessly, making sacrifices that we now understand were far greater than we could have imagined at the time. You went without so that we could have; you sacrificed your comforts to ensure we had every opportunity to succeed.

One of the greatest gifts you gave us was the value you placed on education. You believed in our potential even when resources were scarce and prioritized our future over your own needs. We remember the countless ways you stretched every penny, ensuring that we had the chance to learn, grow, and pursue our dreams. Your determination to give us an education, even though it meant making difficult choices, is something we will forever honor and cherish.

Beyond providing for us, you taught us the meaning of true love—not just by the way you love us, but by the way you love each other. You created a template for how a husband and wife should interact and how parents and children should relate to one another. Through your love, patience, and mutual respect, you showed us the possibilities of what a strong, loving relationship can be. You have been a shining example of what a marriage and family should look like.

We can never forget the significant emphasis you placed on the importance of faith and devotion, instilling in us the importance of trusting God in all aspects of our lives. Through your words and, more importantly, through your actions, you showed us the power of faith and the necessity of total dependence on God. You taught us that true strength comes from Him and that no challenge is too great when we walk in faith. Your devotion has given us a foundation that continues to guide us through life.

More than anything, you taught us the value of togetherness. You taught us to be present for each other in every season of life. You nurtured a home filled with love, unity, and unwavering support, and through that, you gave us a deep understanding of what it means to stand together as a family.

On this milestone birthday, we want you to know that every sacrifice you made, every lesson you taught, and every ounce of love you poured into our lives has not gone unnoticed. We are proud to be your children, and we carry your values in our hearts every single day.

Happy 70th birthday, sir & ma! May this year bring you the joy, peace, and love you have generously given us and countless others!

With all our love and deepest gratitude,

Adedayo, Babatunde & Adeolu

Tributes From Siblings

Pastor Kayode Adeboye

When I was young, I was disobedient, stubborn, and troublesome. Our mother would report me and tell him all I did. He decided to take me to his station. The year was 1977. I started living with him. I later realized that he is more than my brother; he is a father figure, counselor, guardian, and mentor. I was in the second grade when I started living with him. Till today, he keeps an eye on me. When I started living with him, his salary was hardly sufficient for him alone. Yet, he took me as his responsibility. He was determined to reshape my life; I thank God for his life. From the bottom of my heart, I thank him and his wife, who God has used tremendously to turn my life around for good.

I want to use this medium to express my gratitude to him for his unrelenting efforts and labor over my life; God almighty Father will continue to bless, favor, and gladden your heart, IJN. I would be remiss if I did not give proper credit to your wife, Deaconess Emily Arinola Adeboye) She worked alongside her husband to reshape me. I forgot to mention that I was not the only one living with them then. There were two other people, making three of us. It is important to state that my brother was admitted into the university while we were living with them, and I thought I would have to go back to my parents because of the lack of funds. She didn’t allow me to return but pulled all resources together to ensure that we survived on her salary. She made a great sacrifice for us all for four good years. When our mother was alive, she took good care of her as if she were one of her biological daughters. Deaconess, you have been doing this from the time you stepped into our family. My prayer for you and your husband is that the Lord will take good care of you and your offspring beyond your expectations in Jesus' name.

You are unique among your peers. I appreciate you for your labor of love, selfless sacrifices and unrelenting efforts and support for our family. You have played vital roles in my life. I don’t think anyone in our family can beat your records. Thank you so much for your support. The Lord will continue to bless you. He will honor you. I pray that all your children will be blessed and successful IJN.

Mr Jide Adeboye

Congratulations to you on this new age, sir. By God's grace and mercy, we are celebrating you and your wonderful wife today. We are so fortunate to have you ahead. It is a blessing to have you as my brother, first on the line, and the PACESETTER. To a good number of us, you are 'Daddy', and not lately, you are a grandpa.

Today, Grandpa and his wife are celebrating their 70th birthday here in the land of the living. We thank GOD that you are not alone, and it's marvelous in our sight. You are the epitome of knowledge, endowed with good judgment and an accurate sense of humor. You have a good heart; you are very kind and a great giver. As a professional teacher of English Language, you delivered excellently at all levels of schools of learning where you worked. This reminded me of one of your oldest poems titled" ALL ALONE." You said so much in the poem, but to the glory of God, today you are not alone; GOD Almighty Father has increased you on all sides.

Besides all that He has done and is still doing for you, you have your kind, amiable, and jewel of inestimable value by your side, celebrating the grace of God and this beautiful young age as a co-celebrant. You have a worthy companion who has been and will continue to be mentioned in your journeys and in your success. This is a testimony that the Lord is good to you, and His banner is love. This joint ticket shall not expire now, in Jesus's name. The two of you shall celebrate 80th, 90th, and many more birthdays together if Jesus tarries. By His grace, years ahead shall be more robust, peaceful, and fruitful IJN. “Igba odun, odun kan ni o. Ki esin yin ko je oko pe pe pe o!!!”

Daddy and Mommy have always been there for me, and I honestly can’t picture my life without them. They’ve supported me in everything, celebrating my wins like they were their own and standing by me when things got tough. But they’re more than just parents—they’re my safe place, my guides, and my friends. I know I haven’t always been the easiest to raise, yet they never gave up on me. No matter how many mistakes I’ve made or how hard things got, they never turned their backs on me.

There were moments when I felt lost, frustrated, or ready to quit, but every time I looked around, they were there—pushing, encouraging, and reminding me that I was capable of more. If not for them, I don’t know how many times I would have walked away from things that truly mattered. They went the extra mile, making sacrifices and doing whatever it took to give me the best life possible. Their love, wisdom, and unwavering support have shaped me into the person I am today, and I will always be grateful for that.

Daddy Moses Adelowo Adeboye, today is such a special day, and we are so happy to celebrate you! Happy Birthday! May God bless you with many more joyful and healthy years in Jesus' name.

We can’t thank you enough for all the love, sacrifices, and support you have shown over the years. You were always there, making sure every need was met and going above and beyond for us. Words aren’t enough to describe how much you have done and continue to do.

Looking back, we truly don’t know where we would be without you. We are forever grateful to God for blessing us with such an amazing father. Our prayer is that God will continue to bless you, strengthen you, and keep you in good health.

And, of course, we cannot celebrate you without also appreciating mummy, Emily Arinola Adeboye. She is our rock, our guide, our mentor. She is the sweetest yet firmest when needed, always ready to support and correct. We are beyond grateful for both of you and the incredible meaning you have given to our lives.

Daddy and Mummy, we love you deeply. Thank you for everything! May you both continue to enjoy a long life, good health, and abundant blessings.

BIRTHDAY WISHES TO A SPECIAL FATHER AND UNCLE

Hurray! It is time to celebrate an incredible uncle; I am short of words to describe this significant person in my life and, indeed, in the lives of all those around me. Call him a role model, motivator, and pillar of support, and you will not be wrong. He indeed personifies all those superlative virtues. He is indeed a treasure of inestimable value to all of us in his immediate and extended family.

Your motivation and support to me in 1985 remain engraved in my memory. You may not realize it then, but your kind encouragement pulled me out of the abyss of depression. Then, I thought everything was over, but through your careful guidance, I was rescued, and you gently guided me back on the track of progress.

What can I wish for this man today other than to wish you many more years of sound health and all-round happiness? All your seeds shall meet the favor of God anywhere they go.

Happy, Happy, Happy birthday to you, sir!

Mom you are the embodiment of love, kindness, humility, and strength. Through your unwavering care and guidance, you taught me the true meaning of family. You have always been my biggest cheerleader, offering wisdom when I felt lost and celebrating every step I have taken forward. Your nurturing spirit has been a constant source of comfort, and your presence and laughter fills every room with warmth.

I also want to take a moment to honor Dad, your partner in this incredible journey. Together, you both have shown us all the power of love and unity. Dad’s strength and steadfast support have been the perfect complement to your boundless energy and compassion. Together, you both have created a home filled with love, where everyone has always felt valued and cherished.

Mom, on this special day, I want to thank you for the sacrifices you have made, the lessons you have taught, and the love you have given unconditionally. You are a blessing to everyone who knows you, and I am forever grateful to God for having you in my life.

Here’s to celebrating you today and always. Happy 70th birthday, Mom!

May the years ahead bring you as much joy as you have brought to all of us.

Today, as we celebrate this remarkable milestone, we honor your life and the immeasurable impact you’ve made on everyone around you through your kindness, wisdom, and unwavering faith.

First and foremost, we thank God Almighty for His continual grace and mercy in keeping you in good health and guiding you through life. Your life has been a blessing, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to have witnessed your journey.

I will forever cherish the beautiful times we shared in Nigeria, where we were both part of the Reliable Mothers organization. Those years were filled with prayer, support, and sisterhood—qualities that you, as the first president of the organization, embodied so fully. Your leadership and care shaped us all, and the values we instilled in each other continue to have a lasting impact. The Reliable Mothers Club is a testament to your vision and dedication; seeing this continue to thrive today brings so much joy.

When we moved to the United States, you were there for us in such a meaningful way. You welcomed us with open arms, offering a home, wisdom, and heartfelt advice. Your guidance during that time helped us navigate the challenges of adjusting to a new life here, and your support continues to be a cherished gift.

As you celebrate this milestone, my prayers for you are filled with gratitude. May God, in His infinite mercy, continue to shower you with His blessings of health, prosperity, peace, and joy. I pray that you continue to enjoy the fruits of your labor and that God's face shines upon you always.

Happy Birthday!

To GOD be the glory of the great things He has done—happy, wonderful, and fabulous 70th birthday to Mr. Moses Adelowo and Deaconess Emily Arinola Adeboye. Seventy years is just like a moment. Thank GOD for His faithfulness and goodness in the lives of Daddy and Mummy Adeboye, the believers of Jesus Christ who are always ready to go the extra mile without looking for the praise of anybody. We rejoice and thank GOD for the many mountains He has made you climb and the many valleys He has seen you through. Thank you so much for being part of our lives.

We celebrate you today and always. Deaconess Adeboye, you are my blood sister from another mother, and your husband, Daddy Moses Adeboye, is my husband’s Big brother from another mother!!! Daddy and mummy Adeboye. You are our loving daddy and mummy. You are our confidants, counselors, and helpers. You are amazing, awesome, and lovely. People of God with a heart of gold. Can we tell you a secret? You are the parents of many children. Thank GOD for making you a blessing to many people.

We love you and join others to give a sacrifice of praise to the most high GOD for His mercy over you. We release the blessings of GOD in Isaiah 65, verses 20 to 24, upon your lives in Jesus' name, Amen. A Birthday Tribute to My Friend Boye

Today, we celebrate the life of a remarkable man—my dear friend Boye. You define the essence of true friendship, love, and selflessness.

Your unwavering generosity and willingness to sacrifice for others have changed countless lives, including mine. In fifty years of friendship, I’ve never heard you speak ill of anyone, a testament to your God-fearing, humble, and kindhearted nature.

Your philosophy of "others first, self last" is a rare gift, and your joy in helping others fulfill their destinies knows no bounds. Your simplicity shines through in your actions and your ever-present smile. Though modest, you are wise, focused, and a true encourager.

Your words uplift, and your planning and foresight have positively changed fortunes—including my own when you made it possible for me to travel to America in 2017. Boye, your love is pure and undiluted, given freely without expecting anything in return. You are a source of joy to all who know you, and your dedication to others’ well-being is inspiring.

As you start a new journey into the golden years, I wish you more joy with all around you as you move forward gracefully. May you live long, healthy, and fulfilled, surrounded by the love and joy of God, family, and friends.
